Everyone is so caring. I recently switched to this vet after many years at a different location. Their response time is amazing. As an added bonus, what they charge is at least 50% less than what I was paying. Top notch!

The vet, Dr Brie is great. She said i could call anytime about my chronically sick pet, but she's not usually available. Some of the staff are good, and some are not. One lady hurt my cat cutting his nails and without permission. They cut my cat's nipple when shaving him. My poor baby pretty much was tortured there. There was fur fron a different animal in my pet carrier from them. One of the desk people can't listen to how a name is spelled like she's deaf, she shouldn't answer phones.

I am on Military orders, and my wife is just now out of surgery so we can't bring the cat into the vet. My cat has bloody urine which is indicative of a UTI. They denied letting me order a prescription food to help her without having her come in. They showed no sympathy towards our situation and ultimately made no effort to give another option. We moved to another Vet as of this week. Please do not bring your pets here.

Staff helped me and my diabetic dog deal with his injections. That meant so much to both of us! Now they are taking care of our new dog Joey, who enjoys seeing them when the opportunity arises.

Dr. Brye is the best vet I’ve ever had. She truly cares about my dogs and also takes into consideration what I can afford. She doesn’t try to sell me medications that I don’t need. She treats them with conservative methods first and will advise that if that treatment doesn’t work, or if my dog(s) are getting worse, to bring them back in for further evaluation. Thank you, Dr. Brye!

Dr. Vitale is the *best* veterinarian I’ve ever had my pets treated by and I’ve been lots of places. Every vet and tech here is very competent and pleasant, their staff is amazing too. Every single person employed there truly care about my babies and it shows in everything they do.

Love this place but wish it was more affordable. A well check and vaccines, nail trim cost us $480 for 2 tiny yorkies. Ouch!
