I am on Military orders, and my wife is just now out of surgery so we can't bring the cat into the vet. My cat has bloody urine which is indicative of a UTI. They denied letting me order a prescription food to help her without having her come in. They showed no sympathy towards our situation and ultimately made no effort to give another option. We moved to another Vet as of this week. Please do not bring your pets here.

We have been going to this vet for years...great service. The entire staff is wonderful..makes you and your fur baby feel important.Dr. Vitale and staff take time to explain things and answer all my questions and concerns.

Skilled and sensitive staff who helped me deal with my doggo's diabetes to 6 months and who helped me so much to ease his condition and helped me to let him peacefully depart without anxiety.

Many mistakes made. No accountability. Requested multiple times to see Cardiologist 2 weeks later called a different household that my pup and I don't even live at and gave them the information. When I called they stated I didn't have access to the account...that's because they put my pup on another account! They wouldn't change his last name after asking for the last 3 years. A last name that wasn't even my last name. So much more but very unsatisfied pup owner!

I've had dogs and cats all of my life and have had many vets and specialists. Mia, our Goldendoodle, just turned 15 and has had some recent serious medical problems. Mia started seeing Dr. Vitale when we moved to Sun Prairie about a year ago. He has been, by far, the best! I could not have asked for a better doctor for Mia in the last part of her life. Dr. Vitale is compassionate and takes the time to answer all of our questions whenever Mia see's him or on follow up phone calls. His office staff is always helpful and polite. In summary, I give Dr Vitale and his office my highest rating. Thank you Dr. Vitale and Sun Prairie Pet Clinic.
