Loved Abby, Tanya, Hadley, Milli, Gen, but had a terrible experience with Kelli. After watching Kelli interactions with kids we started looking at new places. Called to ask about what disenrollment policy was (its 30 days). They called me back 2 hours later and said we were kicked out with only 1 week notice. Merry Christmas to you too RAB.. Thanks for screwing over our family. No respect to a family who paid $50,000+ over the years.

They took really good care of our 4 year old. It seems like they are really trying to improve their care.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!!!! The management is here is HORRIBLE. They treat their workers like trash and don’t care about the well-being of the children in their care. Nikki in particular doesn’t care about the staff or the children here. She forces her workers to do completely unethical things and threatens to fire them if they don’t comply to her needs and wants. Her only concern is herself, not the children. They fire workers for NO REASON and won’t even tell them WHY they are being fired when asked. The prices here are OUTRAGEOUS considering it’s a 2.5 star daycare…Don’t waste your time, money, or sanity with this place. Management only cares about themselves and would rather have actual paying customers children be NEGLECTED rather than let workers care for ALL of them because that’s their JOB. Please take your kids somewhere else for your well-being AND theirs.

My girls (2&3) have been going here for about a month and a half and absolutely love it. Their vocabulary is expanding daily and are always learning new things each week. They do so many projects and keep the kids busy and interactive. Coloring, painting, water days, scavenger hunts, walks, games, learning about each holiday that comes up and the meaning behind them. Their app is amazing as well as I can see what they are doing during the day. Super happy.

Worked there last year literally the worst place I’ve worked ever. The entire administration is related. I seen them fire people for no reason. A friend of mine never worked with babies and they kept putting her in the baby room. She was not comfortable with this so since they were short staff and she did not want to work there they fired her and many more people. My co teacher was caught on her phone a week prior to me being on my phone and they fired me but gave her a warning. Mind you I’ve never had a warning or been wrote up there. I guess I can play this card she was white and I was black. Another building had a child literally being abused staff told me the admin in the baby building told them if they say anything they will be fire. Mind you this child was covered in bruises every week it took for our building to call. Administration did nothing a staff member had too. When COVID first started I was there and wanted to work they payed staff members who work there longer and staff who stayed home their entire 80 hours even if they did not work it. They only paid me the little hours I work since they stay sending people home. They gave me emergency pay which was nothing but 10 extra hours. I don’t no recommend this place they treat me so unfair I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Management was great and the staff was wonderful working with my schedule. I don’t know where some of these negative reviews are coming from as my experiences have been pleasant. I can only assume that there are people that have had issues but it is not the normal. If I had the opportunity to work with rock a bye again I would in a heart beat. They have been in the community a long time.

I would not recommend this Sun Prairie Daycare mostly because their management is horrible but they are also very expensive. I sent two kids here for the past two years, and communication about billing, scheduling, and deadlines is very poor with the management. They are lucky enough to have some nice staff watching the children at times but they can’t keep them around. My wife became friends with one of my sons’ caretakers and she told us how poorly the management treated the staff throughout the COVID shut downs: not paying the staff encouraging them not to file for unemployment, then collecting the PPP from the government and not paying their staff. All the while making the parents pay like nothing changed! They are very expensive, do not accommodate any slight schedule change and clearly don’t care about their customers- the families. We put in our 30 days notice to leave after two years and requested an extension with a few days left and management gave us a flat out no. Terribly disingenuous people to work with.As far as the facilities, the place always stinks and my son in diapers often was sent home with a poop diaper with no indication of how long it was there other than a red butt.Find your kids and your wallet somewhere better than this.

I asked for an itemized bill and they could not or would not produce one.
