My experience with Play Haven Sun Prairie has been terrible since the first week my family has been there I’ve felt unwelcome and targeted for some odd reason I was force to leave work numerous times due to the director inability to manage or coordinate a 4yr on running out of the class room note not the building; in which for 3 days not having any safety handles on the doors which got added the day I was threatened by the director that she would have to take my daughter out if my baby run out again even after explaining and created plans due to her having issues with transition to a new facility which then got better after her starting 4k, after that issue ended it a new issue transpired with my hours which I signed up for 8a-5p then somehow it was changed to 8:30p-5p one day my sister took them in for me which she had took them in 2 days in a row at 8a prior to the day she was denied for my kids to enter the building until 8:30a as she witnessed other families entering the building I didn’t have a problem with an/or understand until today when the director brought to my attention that there is now another issue with my kids not being there at 8a due to staffing I’m so confused about why I been getting so many issues such as unsupported with the not having flexibility with payment/ being charged a late fee for not having payment in on Monday for the week my kids haven’t attended so I was made to pay for a week in advance but these were a few things I had with to deal with at this facility. Note I have always been respectful and understanding towards all the issues I always paid for tuition fee plus any requested late fees plus contacting them if I would be late on arrival time before 9a but today I had to pull them out of the unprofessionalism with communication, mistreatment of service (4mos) given the benefits of the doubt of such treatment/ unsatisfactory. I recommend future families keep a record of any kind of information or issues given, ask unidentifiable questions with check into it also read the entire policy hand book.

As an employee, I truly enjoy working for this company. I have worked at the Sun Prairie location for four years. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere in the center. The moment I walk in the door, my director greets me with a smile on her face. I love the fact that they give you the opportunity to work with all of the different age groups when you start and will place you in the classroom that suits you the best. I also enjoy working with all of the other employees. Everyone is friendly and encouraging. I'm so glad that I have the opportunity to work for Play Haven.

My son has attended Playhaven since he was 6 weeks old and is now 9. I can't express enough how the center made my family feel so welcome and provided great learning opportunities. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming which has made this such a great experience for my son. I have referred many families and they have also expressed what a great experience they have had. :)

My 2 year old has been going here since he was 6 months old. He has gained amazing experiences and relationships, and he shows me new skills every day. I'm thankful that he has friends and great role models to look up to!
