Worst customer service I've had, Mike don't know if he's a manager, just an employee but very rude and
used profanity at my girl friend, after I confronted him about having 3 employees standing around the self check out lanes, doing nothing, while the lines were 20 people deep, and I stated why don't have a couple of them open up regular check out lanes while the elderly people who had difficulty standing and waiting so they could get through the check lane.
We probably spent $600 a month at that location, but we will never return again, we will take our business to Woodman where they have great customer service, food is always stocked and products are always faced up. Filed a customer complaint with Krogers over 3 weeks was told I would here something back from corporate, almost 3 weeks not a word..

This store is only decent RIGHT after stocking. Every visit has some frustration.. today it was:
1. Being told they were cutting up a meat I needed and to check back in 5. Then after 15 when I went back, the guy didn’t do the cut and had “gone to meeting”.
2. Yogurt was out because the manager was trying to allow the employee to learn from mistakes in stocking. Not sure why the customer has to face the consequences for a bad employee?
3. The check out person left the conveyer belt going on the bagging, crushing all of our bread, donut, and toppling our egg cartons.
4. Grabbed a milk only to put it back because its sell by is in 4 days. Which is SOONER than the one I bought two weeks ago… not worth it.
This is just today’s visit. Other visits I’ve had to self check out $150 worth of groceries with two young children because no check out was open at a busy time.. and more. I think we’re finally giving up the close by convenience and going to go to Woodman’s.

9 times out of 10 your pickup order will have rotten and expired things in it. How a dairy product that is over a week past the expiration date in a container that is expanding from fermentation is even on the shelf in the first place, and THEN actually picked up and put in a grocery order is beyond me. Their solution is you have to go out of your way to bring it back and exchange it and the manager will refuse to speak with you and instead hides behind a teenager on the phone. Do not go here, this place is gross, dirty, understaffed and they keep expired rotten food on the shelf.

Hired on with a verbal contract and a hand shake for $17 an hour *this was the G.M of that store*. After 2 weeks of not being able to contact anyone, I drove over to see what's up to get told $14 an hour. Not only did they lie about wages, but they had me believe I was employed when I wasn't. They waisted 2 weeks of job searching and making money. Unacceptable, how that man is a G.M. I will never know. Get your stuff together. P.s. I miss Copps FK kroger

Pick 'n Save in Sun Prairie offers great value with its sale prices. The store's wide selection and competitive deals make it a top choice for budget-conscious shoppers. It's a reliable spot for saving on groceries!

This is becoming more common at all the Pick and Save stores, it is really bad at this one.You go to check out, and not one full-service register is open, so you are forced to stand in line, and wait for the self-service.It is really rough for those that have a full-week's shopping in their cart, as there is not a lot of room to put items that you down after you scan them.We asked why none of the full-service lanes were open, the reason was that 'all of the students are still in school, and not here yet'.Time to find another place to shop.

Star employee Lucas "Foggy" Holum was extraordinarily helpful and kind to me and my family of 7. We came into the store in crisis! My 18 year old non binary offspring was having an episode because we ran out of his favorite cereal! (Count chocula). Mr Holum wasted no time finding LaDavid (my non binary offspring) his, oops I mean their, life giving cereal. We ended the day with full bellies and full smiles all thanks to Lucas ( if he was 18 Idek what I'd do to him)

Products are limited, must check expiration dates went home plenty of times with items well overdue, bakery hardly has fresh donuts, more expensive than other local stores, and cashiers are slim to none here. Expect to ring up your own every time.

This place is very understaffed and even self service stations seem to always break. Lines all the way down one aisle. Last resort grocery store
