This is the worst bank with the worst customer service ever. They don't answer the phone and no one ever seems to know what's going on. It was much better back when it was Anchor Bank. I have now switched to a much better, local bank and have been very happy.

I can hardly wait to refinance my mortgage and get it OUT of this bank! Beware if you go with them for any loans -- they will report your payment late even if it is made on time. Then YOU will have to go through the trouble to contact the credit bureaus to have it investigated and corrected. If you try to call Old National? You will be on hold for over 15 minutes (I was just on hold today for 18 minutes). Then when they decide to answer your call, they will tell you that they are very busy. Well, I'm busy, too, and I don't have time for this crap. If they can't answer their calls within FIVE minutes, then that means they should invest in more personnel and actually value their customers' time! Their 15+ minute hold time when you call is ultimately a great deterrent to alleviate anyone getting a hold of them. If you make a deposit at this bank, it won't be available for you for at least 3+ days. My recommendation is to stay clear of this place. I could go on and on about their lack of respect for their customers. It's just ridiculous!

Shari is fantastic! She is always going above and beyond to help with my banking needs. From my kids accounts to my business account she's there. Shari is the #1 reason I stay at Old National bank.
