Had an appointment which was fine. But on tax day I am told my taxes won't be done on time. I wasn't told this at the appointment. So was scrambling on tax day. And then billed $350 to file the taxes. Unacceptable.

Waited 20 minutes for my appointment and still wasn't helped. Decided to leave if no one respected me enough to be on time.
