They hire incompetent high school kids, and get rid of good capable employees. Raise prices before the sale so they can act like you're getting a great deal. No wonder no one wants to stay working here.

Not sure how this post got deleted... This is the second time I've had an issue with this place and their quality assurance ceases to exist. The first time I got steaks here, there was hair in the sealed package (see photo) and the second time I purchased 1 and 1/2-year-old organic frozen beef, which I didn't know at the time, was good until Oct 2020. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Support your local butcher.

Updating my orginal review to four stars. I had a bad experience with Local source at the beginning of March, and unfortunately there were some missteps with their customer service, and my self as well over the issue.
After speaking with a representative for the company in depth, they were able to assure me my issue would be resolved, and is being handled moving forward, and steps are being taken to mitigate.
Local Source and UW Provisions is a great buisness, has shown even when things don't go right, they still want to make sure their customers are taken care of. We will be customers for a long time after this.

Great place to stock up on good quality party measts, like brats, steaks, ribs, pork shoulder, brisket, chicken, cheeses etc., at a great price. Friendly staff.
