This is my favorite Kwik Trip, I've always been treated with respect here. The store is always clean, they always have the shelves stocked plus they have hot food prepared for those of us that get off work later at night. The overnight crew is the absolute best but Keri is hands down the coolest employee. She's super friendly, always ready to help and she's funny as hell! Be nice to her, she deserves it. Thanx for treating us like family Keri, we appreciate you

Overall I like Kwik Trip, but whoever the pony tailed, older blond with the attitude is....she should not be working with the public. Please put her on bathroom and/ or kitchen duty. I had multiple items she didn't ask if I needed a bag, she didnt say, thank you, but I still did and she didn't respond. What makes it so bad I believe she is a manager which means she should definitely be leading by example. She was dry and unwelcoming to every person in her line. I almost left all that mess there because I truly felt like we were all disturbing her. Her attitude is not what I've come to know out of Kwik Trip employees or did she not get the memo? I gave 2 stars because this particular Kwik Trip always has the freshest hot food, but I can certainly spend my money elsewhere and I know it is appreciated.

Terrible car wash. Didn't get my car clean, at all. There are literally chunks of bugs left after the brush wash. What a waste of money.

On a very cold night I was filling up my tires and my car battery died (right in front of the air pump too lol). I went inside to see if anyone could help, and Mark very graciously brought out some jumper cables and used his own car to jump start mine, thus saving me from having to call roadside assistance and waiting for god knows how long. So thank you are, I really appreciate it!!

This is really a 5+!!!! I needed air in my tire and had an issue using the machine. I went in to ask what I could possibly be doing wrong. Thanks to an excellent worker, Carrianne who finished what she was doing, put a coat on and came out and helped me. Tire perfect!! Besides being helpful she was so pleasant. Kwik Trip, you have an excellent employee!! Thank You!

I went to this Kwik Trip to get a car wash. I tried to go get a car wash at the American Parkway Kwik Trip, but it was busy. When I had arrived they had two choices for the car wash. One was for the soft touch and the other was your choice of a soft touch, or touchless wash. I picked the basic and I picked the touchless option. Once it is your turn to go into the wash you have to center your car correctly. The wash did a great job to clean the car, but not bugs or dirt. Overall I love the touchless option, but for a basic wash it should be able to get rid of bugs and dirt. I'm still satisfied.
