I would NEVER recommend this pharmacy to anyone after my most previous experience. CVS has always been great, but at the Target CVS on Grand Ave, the pharmacist was exceptionally rude. He did not help us and by the time we did finally get help, he was rude and acted as though we were bothering him. It was unprofessional and quite disappointing. I would not recommend this CVS because of this pharmacist alone. Horrible customer service.

The CVS at the Target on Grand Ave has always been very helpful until the past few times. We had the same pharmacist both times. He was rude and ignored us as well as other customers. When we asked for our prescription he denied having it until we showed proof. This is upsetting considering the medication was urgently needed. He then complained about not having enough help to us, the customer. Both of these instances were extremely disappointing and inappropriate. The CVS is great, but this particular pharmacist was not. For this reason, we will not be sending any further prescriptions to this pharmacy. I suggest others do the same unless they want the same rude interaction.

The pharmaceutical team was fantastic. They went above and beyond to get my sons prescription situated. We were struggling with insurance to do the 90 day fill that they require to receive it at the lower Co pay. The pharmacist took hours of their day to call the insurance company and get this resolved. Thank you so much to the team at Sun Prairie CVS!

This pharmacy is so impossible to get help from. Been on hold for over an hour, and no answer. Can't drive out there because they incorrectly filled a medication, but who answer the phone to fix it

Knowledgeable and friendly pharmacists. I have had excellent experiences with vaccination for my family. Medications that I might need are promptly filled. All my concerns are addressed satisfactorily.

The Pharmacy Team at 660 S Grand Ave in Sun Prairie WI, are always helpful. The Team always provide guidance when needed. The most important part are the meds never make me sick. I’ve had no bad side affects since I’ve been getting Meds from CVS.

Attempted a number of times to schedule a delivery on my mobile phone that I've done for years. I received a message on my 6th attempt that there are issues with scheduling a delivery on a mobile phone and was instructed to call. Tried 3 times to call and was on hold for over 20 minutes each time so I gave up.

If you have a prescription for a schedule II narcotic that you need to have filled on time do not go here. They do not keep enough on hand and have to order it when your prescription is supposed to be filled. I was told "the system " would adjust for this and that would have my meds on hand after a couple of months. This has not come true. From my experience over the last four months this causes a 4-6 day lag in the prescription being filled. Leaving me to that long without anything to manage pain. I will be taking my business somewhere that can do the job on time.

Phones never work. On top of that was never made aware that my prescription was there. They sent it back and now I can not get medication. What a disaster.

If I could give this joke of a pharmacy negative stars, I would! My husband, who is a teacher and got the Jansen vaccine over 7 months ago, was told it was “CVS’s policy” not to allow him to get a booster shot, even though it states on their website, as well as on the CDC’s website, that he is eligible!When I called to inform the manager of this awful experience, the girl answering the phone tried to screen my call because I asked for the manager. When I explained my reason for calling was to speak to a manager, she was condescending to me.When I got to speak with Jenna, the manager, she made excuses for the lack of adherence to the CDC guidelines and abhorred customer service given. Maybe they don’t mind people being vulnerable to this disease? Seems to me their job is to provide care to keep people well!Needless to say, we won’t be back. I’d advise you not to patronize this place either. Who knows what else they don’t know that they should!

Excellent! Picked up a prescription, got a flu shot & learned some things from the pharmacist all within 15 min. This one is inside a Target store so their hours of business are cropped.

The CVS in Target Sun Prairie is TERRIBLE if you need to actually communicate with a human. My mom in law had so many issues she left there and now 2 months later we are doing the same. I sat on hold for 30 minutes today to get a live body on the phone after getting a text saying that if I needed med sooner to call. So I called, pharmacist said they’d have it ready. Get there and am told they are out. THEN they did nothing to fix it and the snot checking me out accused me of not following the text (that clearly said to call). I said to the pharmacist that was trying to melt into the tile “you said you’d have it ready!”....he replied “I didn’t know we were out”...I said “then you should have called!” Their solution was for me to go to a different CVS. WRONG ANSWER! Switching to local pharmacy. Horrible customer service!
