Dane is the bomb. I brought in probably the most stripped glasses the guy has ever seen. He got the screws out in 10 minutes. Dude saved me $100+.

Our washing machine order has been delayed again. This is literally the worst service I've ever had with Costco. We ordered online on December 24 with a January 4 delivery date. Then that got delayed to January 11. The January 11 delivery time didn't work for us so it was reschedule to January 13. Now today, January 13, I received a call that the washer wouldn't be here until January 17. This is unacceptable. The washing machine is currently in Janesville which is a town about 45 minute south of us. Will it even show up on January 17? So disappoint with this experience. Update Costco ended up crediting us $100 for our bad experience but that doesn't even come close to covering the inconvenience this has cause my family of 4 for almost a month. The $100 was offered after I told them that $50 was too little for the delay. Update Jan 17 "Delivery" day I took the morning off from work because the washer was supposed to arrive between 9:15am and 11:15am. The delivery did not come during that window. I contacted Costco Online and they said that the delivery route got reverse for the day and instead of being first we are now last. So now I'll need to take the second half of the day off as well, unpaid. I told the representative this and they said to contact them back after the delivery is made to discuss further reimbursements.

Had an incredible experience! Staff was pretty busy, however Costco Optical staff was well worth the wait! I had an eye exam previously and they helped me pick out frames, order glasses and contacts and even found me a mail in rebate for the contacts! All staff was kind, patient, helpful and knowledgeable!

Great doctors! I loved both of my experiences there. ESPECIALLY as a stay at home mom who needed an exam while her kids were there. They are very accommodating and efficient.

It is such a pleasure to work with Sam at the optical department. Every time I stop by for my prescription lenses, she is patient, kind, and helpful! Highly recommend visiting here on the weekdays, if you want to get some adjustment on your glasses.

What's not to love about COSTCO?! But this review is about the wonderful pharmacists and pharmacy team at the Sun Prairie Costco. I've had a few vaccinations here now and greatly appreciate the professionalism and care from these great folks. Keep it up!

I still love Costco but we need more in our 60 mile radius. We usually try to avoid coming on the weekends and this Sat. At 10:30 am Demi fed us why.
