Chase is great overall especially if we call the 8xx number but the onsite location for service inside is soooo slow. The service is great but why does it take 12 minutes to get $300 of cash from my checking account. I didn’t have my debit and was forced to go in and it takes soooo long. Please speed it up.

I never leave reviews but this location had staff that were so unprofessional and extremely rude. Whoever the manager of this branch is needs to get the employees some Customer service training.

Their notary woman and “front desk teller” were some of the rudest individuals I’ve ever met in my life. Tried making me feel like I didn’t know what I was saying, when I’ve dealt with Canadian and American accounts and banks prior and I have loads of banking experience. and what I was asking to do, was the simplest of simple things. Went in with a good attitude and mindset because from experience some banks are rude to begin with… but immediately was hit with we are gonna treat you with “your just a dumb blonde 21 year old” attitude. INCREDIBLY RUDE SERVICE. And no helpful service either so I guess rude and lazy?? Just seemed incapable. Super weird. Anyways, definitely don’t go to this branch but I’d recommend not using chase to begin with!!! They definitely lost a customer !! Lol

Not the greatest experience. For some stupid reason your bank teller told me I couldn't deposit a check for some reason? And when I went to the ATM it worked? Need better service cause you're ATMS are doing a better job.

Each time I go (twice thus far) their ATM is broken. I understand technology can break down but on two separate occasions it's frustrating especially because I was on an already tight time restraint.Secondary to the repetitive ATM issues is location. Grand Ave is a nightmare of traffic lights and stop and go traffic. I understand the appeal of a busy roadway to bring in customers but to be honest it's the reason I tend to avoid this location unless I am desperate and have no other choice.

Chase continues to charge me. I'm on ssdi, I went to a banker here with a #15k check. I owe for student loans and he assured me my money can't be taken. Well I was able to over pay back my bf $4k, then all money taken and told oops $ only secure when your CK is automatically deposited in your account. He had me open a savings and checking account and their response, he never would had said that. I broke my pelvis 6x in 8 months, tailbone x3 too for no reason and all I wanted was a bed. TV too, but I got nothing.

Excellent service. High school students can get a debit card. They don’t have safe deposit box at this branch.

Stacy helped me set up my appointment to open up an account and Micheal Harms did the actual opening. Probably the best service I’ve received in the United States thus far. Great team work and professional work ethics. Super glad i got served by you guys.

Stopped inside and was met with friendly and helpful staff. They answered my question and helped make my transaction in a matter of minutes.

Don't understand why they don't have an Atm drive up there. They are not that friendly there.

Refused to cash a check that was 100% verified by the bank manager Himself, solely based on Not wanting to open up an account with them. It's illegal to hold money hostage, you are just the middleman, nothing more.
