I found that WBS supplied the materials to build this house and contacted them. Leroy at WBS went above and beyond to help me figure this out. He gathered my information and he stayed in touch with me throughout the lengthy process to get in touch with the rep etc. He even called to let me know that he was on it even though we might be waiting a while. He was always polite and answered all my questions which I appreciated as someone going through this for the first time. If this is how they treat people who don't do direct business with them, then they must take care of of their customers even better.”

I explained my frustration to Paul Kennedy who got to the root of the problem. The next day, he personally delivered TO MY HOUSE the 9 10' boards I needed. This is the service my dad enjoyed back in the 60's when he always bought from Marling. No wonder they've been in business since forever. I will always stick with Marling over big box. The value for the money can't be beat. PS. Paul is no relation to me unless you back more than 6 generations.”
