I got a nightstand refinished with a paint/stain combo and it's seriously the nicest piece of furniture we own! Andrea and Kendall were an absolute delight to work with and I can't wait to hopefully get another piece refinished by them in the future.

I had 2 dressers, a night stand & a mirror. Some of these items were handed down from relatives in their 80s, others from my childhood. I did not want to contribute to environmental waste. These items were solid & fuctional, but not solid/perfect wood & actually brought a heavy energy to my space. Now, every time I dust, I smile extra big. I'm so grateful my personality & values are reflected in these pieces! It brightens my room & I feel sooo happy to know I kept these out of the landfill. Thank you for your excellent communication, for moving them upstairs for me-definitely worth the payment for them to deliver. I appreciate Brass Tacks & HIGHLY recommend!!Why buy new when you can make custom, functional art?In my room, they look like the colors I picked (see the grey/blue & pink/purple color in the picture)

Kendall & Andrea do amazing work! They salvaged an old, beat-up cabinet that had been in my family for years. They listened to my ideas/preferences, made great suggestions, and I trusted the process. Brass Tacks Resale has a repeat customer for life!This dresser was given to me by my dad, and after his passing in January, I had the piece refinished by these gals. I could not be more happy with their work. These ladies take pride in the finished product, have top-notch customer service, and provide an invaluable service!You will not be disappointed: all of my furniture has been either purchased from them as is, picked out of their raw inventory and designed together, or brought to them to be refurbished. Andrea and Kendall created 3 pieces for me: a re-purposed hutch, a cabinet, and a dresser. I am thrilled with the outcome of each one! They are all beautiful. In all three cases, the pieces were very quirky and unusual, and they really worked with me to bring what I saw in my head to life. They communicated often to let me know the status of my pieces, and were always open to my ideas. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with them, and definitely plan to again! They are awesome.

Love Brass Tacks! They have repainted several pieces of mine over the years. They always turn out beautifully! The latest was a nightstand. They painted it 5 years ago for my little girl's room. It was such a fun piece! Now that she is older, they have redone it once more, updating it for a more mature room. It is perfect! We have also purchased BT original pieces from their collections. They are always great quality and are an affordable way to update spaces!

Got a wonderfully refurbished display cabinet from them. They were easy to get ahold of and purchase from. The piece is quality, as is the refinishing. Will definitely be buying them in the future and recommending them to friends.
