Great customer service! I have had 0 issues with Autumnwood Storage...they have been reliable, easy to get to, fantastic employees. I would highly recommend as they have great fees and good size storage.

This is a brand new storage unit and was one of the best I have ever had my personal belongings in. My items were there a year under extreme weather conditions, (we have had this past year), my items remained dry and protected from humidity. Thank you for being easy to work / communicate with. Something unique when trying to do business after covid.

I have been a customer for many years, the owner is always super polite, quick to respond to inquiries, and the rates have been reasonable all the way through. The site seems secure and it's very very convenient to Madison especially the east and north side. Super convenient for Sun prairie town of Burke folks. Highly recommend renting from these guys it's been a very smooth experience.

Autumn Wood Storage is fantastic! Great location. My unit was brand new! Extremely clean, secure, and well-lit facility. Access through security gate with keypad and personal code was great. Owner was spot on with his recommendation of a unit size to fit my needs. Easy to work with and very responsive.

I can’t say anything about the units. I was interested in renting a unit, however, I never received a call back from the owner after multiple attempts. Communication is important and clearly this owner doesn’t believe in that. Instead, I contacted 151 Storage down the street and the owner was able to meet me on the same day.
