“We stopped by recently for an estimate and had the pleasure of working with Dan. He was amazingly helpful and thorough in trying to minimize our wait time and cost to repair the vehicle. He listened carefully and explained numerous options. He even took us into the shop to more clearly show us the issues and how to best proceed. It is hard to find good customer service these days but it was a pleasure working with Dan. I highly recommend Gerber Collision.”
“Had 3 my Batteries replaced here with no problems after getting declined by Autozone and Advanced Auto due to it being a difficult install. One on an Odyssey have the Air Vent ontop of it and 2 different batteries on my Silverado 1 being a simple spacer but the other with a fuse box on top. Had a worker, Alex, handled the van with no problems but when it came to the truck the simple battery was doable but the main battery was something they couldn't do unless you were the one to take it off which Alex kindly guided me step by step on how to take it off and on and he just handled the battery after the fuse block was off. 100% will come here again for a battery change, and recommend asking for Alex if you want great service on replacing a battery!”
“Highly recommend - came in looking for a quote for some light rust removal, fully expecting to leave the car with them and come back to a $500-1000 or more repair bill. Darryl came out, took a quick look, and then used some sort of magic potion and the rust literally melted off with intact paint underneath. The man is a magician! I hope I don't have a need for any other body work soon, but if and when I do, these guys will be my first call. Excellent customer service - they care way more than making a quick buck.Service: Body & Trim”
“The staff here is extremely friendly hand helpful. They don't try to up-sell you, they just show you what's available and explain the difference if you need it. Very patient with my less-mechanically-inclined roommate, as well!”

They expect you to know the exact part that you need. It's not necessarily a bad thing if you know what you need, but the atmosphere certainly isn't approachable for those with less knowledge of parts. For example, they tried to special order an expensive $40 agricultural grade bearing for my very basic 4 cylinder car's idler belt pulley, but after I inquired about why multiple times, they finally said a normal bearing would work just fine and it happened to be in stock for $12. I feel like they were trying to upsell me and take advantage of my limited knowledge.”
“Our battery had died and after getting jumped this was the closest place. Jill came out, told us exactly what we needed and installed a battery for us. We were late picking our daughter from school and she did it so fast. Such an amazing experience. Thanks Jill!”
