The staff is pretty friendly and helpful, the place is clean and well-stocked, and the hours are decent. It's basically what you'd want from a Dollar Tree.

Dollar Tree always has amazing stuff for insanely cheap. They are in a new bigger location now which is really nice. They have more selection at their newer location and the staff are always really nice and friendly.

Opened their doors four minutes early on a Saturday, asked me to wait outside in the cold. If your not open, don't unlock your doors!

I have never in my life been to another establishment whose employees/management cared so little about not only the store they work at/for but for their customer service or themselves quite honestly. Went to get some baby shower balloons at Dollar Tree in suamico, the cashier me and my mom asked about the balloons had absolutely no idea how to even ring up a balloon order, so he called a coworker over who was so crude she literally said “I don’t know where so and so is, but I’ll take another customer over at my register” and totally disregarded her coworker and us as guests then another woman I’m assuming the one they were referring to before comes up, doesn’t even look at us and says “we don’t do orders” and walks right away? LOL I could understand hating your job and your life because I’ve been there, but to put that onto your customers is unacceptable. I won’t ever be back to dollar tree in suamico, you walk in and feel the misery. Pitiful.

This location is terrible as far as their hours are concerned. Every time I have attempted to shop here they are closed, and I don’t mean just once or twice. As far as the selection of items at this location, I couldn’t tell you because they are never open!!! They need to either hire workers or managers or owners that can keep the store open or just close for good.Update: went the next day (Christmas eve) where it specifically said on a sign on their door printed on paper by them that they would be open and imagine that….closed again. Each instance the lights are left fully on making them look like they are open. Each time they have lost multiple customers as well because multiple people have been pulled in when Ive went, they have walked up to the locked door and then had to turn around and leave.
