I am so grateful that they did because I have had the best experiences at all of the different branches I have been at. Customer service is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced before! Recently I helped my Mom with the leg work for refinancing the Mortgage after my Dad unexpectedly passed away. What should have been an easy refinance ended up being very difficult with unexpected twists and turns, but our loan officer Suzi never gave up and worked tirelessly to make it happen for my Mom. I can't tell you just how amazing she is and how valuable she must be to Covantage because she truly makes a difference in people's lives which will definitely keep us doing business with them and telling everyone we can about her! We have 10+ accounts with them, and they've always been super helpful and have made themselves available as we had various banking needs. You'd be hard pressed not to find more diligent, hard working, honest folks who are helpful and have your (and your business') best interest at heart.
