“Great place to shop for bulk items. However, their practice of “show me your membership card with picture” is so annoying. You have to show the card upon entering and then again at checkout ?”

“Great Communication and great work - Between the SMS notifications, online tracking and phonecall when they were leaving their previous stop, Grand Appliance kept us continuously updated as to delivery status. The crew that delivered, installed and hauled away our old appliances were very pleasant and thorough. Also did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished.
