“I spoke to a very kind woman via phone who was just as friendly when I talked to her at her store in person. I had initially phoned Sturtevant Spirits and Wine to inquire about a certain brand of tequila I was searching for. I asked whether or not they had it in stock, and she was extremely helpful. She more than likely had to go out of her way to find out if they had it while I stayed on hold. She even went back a second time to double-check the current price on the shelf. She was so kind and informative, and her customer service skills were exceptional. I went back a short time later and asked the gentleman working if the same tequila would be back on your shelves in the near future. He said it would be there in a few days and said Monday or Tuesday specifically. When I returned again after the time period, they still didn't have it. To my disappointment, the gentleman working said it was now on backorder. Despite the inability to restock Butterfly Cannon, I was still very impressed by the customer service over the phone as well as at my first visit at this location. The visits thereafter were less cordial and friendly, unfortunately. I will likely still return.”

“Was trying to find the unit that i'm used to using and decided to go to the Smoke Shop. I honestly cannot begin to tell you if I have ever received such amazing customer service. Ash was beyond professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We had trouble finding exactly what I needed, but he didn't stop there! He made phone calls, and I was able to leave was something I was very happy with along with taking my number and ordering the exact unit that I wanted. “Now serving Indian food. The food is great and it is authentic. They have just started this menu and might have a few things to work out but the biryani was wonderful. Lamb (mutton)Biryani is our favorite and I think the hardest thing to get right for some places - but here, it's perfect! Everything else was the real-deal too. This isn't a high-end experience - it is take-away only and it's an older building. But, you know what - who cares? It beats driving 30 miles to Milwaukee or Gurnee to get a nice South Asian/Indian meal and this is a small, family operated business that we really need to support. So - great food, good service, a reasonable price-point - what more could we ask for?”
