Five stars! Awesome friendly service.Nice clean shop. Bunch of nice people here that seem to enjoy what they are doing. Just a different atmosphere from almost ANY other TA/Petro....OR ANYWHERE for that matter. I'm rarely up here in this country, but I would not hesitate or even "put off" a repair for a bit so I could use these guys.Nice Petro inside. 15.00 bucks a day to park. If you get work done, they validate your parking. Thanx for the great service!

IF you are a Black trucker in this industry please say away from this petro they racial profile me a worker by the name Anthony no professionalism but the owner Michael was very reasonable on explaining the situation but still took side with his worker I never new before coming times that this place was like this. To explain the situation another trucker was on the fuel island where I pull up to the fuel pump, I couldn't pull all the way up due to that truck to fill up my trailer. The only way I can pay is in the store with my card, so approaching inside I stop to look if they had my pickle eggs when Mr. Anthony approach me aggressive telling me to move my truck instead asking is I'm going to fuel my truck. So I ask him why didn't you ask me if I'm going to fuel ?which another white trucker did the same thing and didn't even fuel, That was racial profile so I ask kindly please remove yourself around me, That's when Mr.Anthony run to the desk and claim to write me a ticket unbelievable. Be aware Black man and Woman

I had an inspection and some minor repairs on my truck. The service team members were very honest and professional ensuring my experience was pleasant while providing me with excellent service. Additionally if you have a chance to speak with the service manager you will find him to be reserved yet hilarious which permeates into the attitude of the staff. I would highly recommend this establishment to any of my professional driver colleagues in need of truck repairs or even a good hot meal at the restaurant the food is great.Service: Steering & suspension repair

They offer 2 hour free parking but make sure you don't go over. if you plan on doing a 2 hour break and stop your clock you will most likely have to pay. I was 4 minutes over and was asked to pay. Rude woman at full desk told me " You have 2 hours and you need to get out" if you don't want to play. STAY AWAY!!!!

Very clean and updated. I reserved a parking spot for $21 early in the day when I was planning my trip I know parking gets pretty hard to find near Chicago I was delivering to McClanes food service which was in the bussiness park nearby. You can follow Alt94 all the way to the Petro. You enter the parking area from the fuel side. You have to get a ticket at the gate make sure you don't lose it they really charge a $150 lost ticket fee I asked after reading the reviews the machine at the Exit near the the shop takes the Ticket so you can't snap a photo and try to use that.Parking is free 1st 2hrs and $15 overnight. 10MIN maximum park in fuel lane after fueling. Someone in reviews said it's a $50 charge if you park to long in fuel lane I didn't ask about that, but the $150 lost ticket fee is pretty excessive. There's no Fountain soda in the store only place is at the Tacobell in the food court. They also have a fresh Bakery that was very good and Dunkin Doughnuts aswell as a Krispy Krunchy Chicken and Blue Badger eatery. They have upstairs and outside dinning on and they send your food up in a basket on a Zip line that was neat. Bathrooms were very clean. Staff was nice but they don't acknowledge or welcome you until your at the counter. I noticed a Koolatron Cooler I bought for $105 at the Loves was $149 here. YIKES!! Parking lot was very clean there are no garbage cans in parking area 2 mini dumpsters in the Fuel lanes. All in all it wasn't a bad experience except for paying extra $5to reserve a spot. There was plenty of parking at 1am there's a giant KwikTrip with 120 free parking spots at exit340 so I guess next time I'll try there.

Don't appreciate that they force you to go inside, to pay for parking,, don't even have a decent place to eat,, just fast food,, and no place to sit and relax, after a long day driving,,This is one place I will avoid in the future

I did my 34 hour reset there. I had two good mealsOn the downside, there is almost no free parking at this truck. Stop. I got one of the very few places across the street that you did not have to pay I do not recommend this truck stop. I was out of hours and had no choice or I would have left

Great truck stop. It's one of the cleanest I have seen. Showers are big and clean. Food upstairs was really good too.

Shi##y management. Fueled for the purpose of getting a shower but there was no sign saying the showers closed for construction on Easter at 7:00 p.m. When I went in at 7:30 p.m. they were happy to tell me of the situation. When I express myself telling them there had been no sign they were still happy to tell me I would not be getting a shower. In fact when I turn to walk away after expressing myself they felt like antagonizing me with a have a blessed day. I was already leaving. now I'll be the first to admit that I wasn't too nice about expressing myself but I did mention that I understood it was policy and not personal. but to be antagonized after the fact is a little much. If you don't want to work call in don't go to work. If you feel like everyone else got off for Easter and somehow you have been slighted that's not my business. Obviously I was working on Easter also. When these truck stops hire these people with alternative lifestyles ,again not my business, but clearly they hate a grown white men. I'm the most open-minded person you have ever met just don't wrong me. Don't be lazy. Be a maker not a taker.

Top shelf shop experience. Some TA's have limited expertise but this one is good. My tech MATT advised that the least expensive possible repair was the likely solution for the problem i was having with my 60 series, and he was correct. Had me back on the road in like an hour, all fixed up nice. Will definitely be back.

I stopped here for a quick service and to have the batteries checked. Truck wouldn't start after service. Had to get towed to another shop, when service was done I asked how the diffs and brakes looked. Was told everything was fine, which it wasn't. Manager is a total jersey. Tried charging extra while waiting for tow. I ended up getting a new wheel seal and brakes after they said everything was good. I will never use a TA againServices: Electrical

Avoid this place at all cost!!! everything is expensive af people behind the counter are just plain rude. I told them I miss placed my ticket I was willing to pay full price for parking. How do I do so they told me $150 loss ticket fee, absolutely outrageous, and unbelievable. But luckily another driver that comes here because he lives close by had multiple tickets and gave me one I will never ever be back. The only positive thing is that it was very well-kept. I guess you can afford to do that when you’re gouging the drivers.
