Have used this business for our storage needs since moving back to WI over a decade ago! They have always been helpful, responsive, fair, and the prices are reasonable. The convenient location is a super Plus!

I received a refund check for half a month rental. When I went to deposit it into my checking account, Their bank account had been closed. I was charge $15.00 for the returned check. I call safe t stor, they sent me a new check but did not reimburse me for the $15.00 return check charge. They said since I did not cash it right away it was my own fault. How was I suppose to know they were going to close their bank account. I feel they should have reimbursed me for the return check charge.
