Excellent facility. Feels safe. Easy to do business with. Great lighting. Friendly. Ability to set up autopay online. Overall the best storage we have used in the area and we have tried a few. Excellent value. I highly recommend.

the lights were recently out at safe storage usa at 2440 wisconsin st sturtyevant wi .i assume it was from the electrical storm on wednesday night . on thursday evening i discovered the lights in both the units i rent did not work and a little while later i noticed the outdoor security lights did not come on like usual . i called the office in michigan and talked to Karen the lady who handles their office business around 9:30 am friday morning and told her about this problem . after this i assumed it would be taken care of quickly since the security lights were (important ? ) to the business and waited . a week later on saturday i talked to a man who also rented storage there and he told me he had called twice already and nothing happened and he intended to call again monday . the next week a caretaker showed up and asked about the power and i told him it had been off for ten days since the storm . he left and not too long after that a man from the electric company showed up and got the power on in a few minutes . turned out it was a blown fuse on the pole probably from a lightning strike . the indifference that karen showed could have caused great harm to somebody if a robbery had occured when the lights were out , imagine : it was pitch black for ten nights ! and i would not reccomend this business as long as she is in charge of these things
