I simply called the RedDot phone number and was greeted by Shaquille. He was very helpful and and informative. Renting a storage unit was super easy. The app appears to be helpful. Although I've yet to "move-in" I don't expect there to be any issues. I've seen and been inside the units. Gate is secure and the areas are well lit. My only concern, did I get a big enough unit? ?

I've had my unit for almost 6 months now and My assigned gate code never works cause they never switch my account info from being a new customer to an established tenant yet somehow I never receive that promotional rate you get the first month. Sorta annoying when having spoken to customer service multiple times about it. Other than that... It's just like every other storage unit facility, essentially the same normal typical experience you'd expect to have when on the property. It's a quiet and calm location. I rarely ever even see other people when I'm visiting my unit.

Fair pricing. Units are clean. The gate is in real need of maintenance. Also, the on-site kiosk is not working.

I never enter this storage never even had a entrance code to get in and I’m being charged and threatened to have this account paid or sent to collections how and where is this legitimate.

Very red and very dot. 24/7/365 access. Winter must preclean upfront curve. Mosquitoes after dusk will eat you alive on summer.

I recently became a tenant of red dot storage at this location. After booking online I went to the self serve kiosk which didn't work. I had to make a phone call and get that all straightened out. Then, after a day my access code for the property no longer worked. When it snows they don't plow it out for at least a day, and when they did they left 2' tall banks in front of all of the doors, which is unacceptable. I can understand a little bit of snow in front of the doors but this was actually a snowbank. So far I'm not very impressed and would recommend going somewhere else. On a plus side the unit was clean and dry.
