Went to go get my debit card in my husband's truck and when I pressed the ticket button the ticket flew away. Usually when I go to leave it doesn't even ask for the ticket. So I went along grabbed my card and headed to the gate it didn't open as usual so I hit the call button the lady said it's a 150 dollar lost ticket fee. What in the world I was there maybe 7 min. Also any time I go in there they are rude and nasty. My experience here just keeps getting worse and worse.

20 bucks to park with plenty of free parking at nearby KwikTrip. The money went towards good food instead of greedy Petro.

It happened just a couple of minutes ago. I stopped at the fuel pump and ran to the toilet. I got the donut ,paid for it, and came out, and I saw a parking ticket on my truck .This is a joke. I encourage every truck driver to skip this place and not to use it If they treat us drivers as they just did.. Once I stopped at the pomp, I couldn't pull up cos there was a truck parked ahead of me..

Would give negative stars if possible. This is the only truck stop in that area that pays a security guard to walk around and write tickets. Were not in NYC, this is WI. Plenty of other truck stops around that area including Kwik trips and pilots that do not write tickets and charge for parking. I got a 50$ ticket for parking at the end of the fuel island to go inside and use the bathroom. Pretty sure the security guard just stares out the window and when he sees something he walks out immediately and places a ticket on your truck. Guess they gotta pay for the remodels they did somehow. They lost my business and I will never stop there again! Hopefully they keep losing business and realize the parking tickets are hurting them more than helping them. Got to the Loves an exit before or the Pilot and exit after that NEVER writes parking tickets. What a joke!

Never once receive a hello. Had to use the bathroom pretty bad before fueling. They had time to walk out to my truck and leave a note. I didn't read it. I think the staff are pressured to be very aggressive and it makes any problems they're having even worse. I just want to come here and dump trash and not even fuel anymore.

Cleanest petro I’ve been to. Worth every bit of the 18 dollars to park in a nice clean lot that doesn’t smell of trash and piss. Huge selection. Big showers. Great food and bar upstairs. Ignore the cheap super truckers that are too good to pay for parking, this is one of the better truck stops out there.
Ignore the reviews from the drivers that can't be bothered to park instead of sitting in the fuel island. Place is great and we'll worth the money to park at.
Get fuel
Free day of parking
Get some food and drinks
Get another free day of parking
Simple concept.

$20 just to park after 2 hour mark. Or 75 gallons of fuel, or $50 of purchases inside food or stuff. Do Not make the mistake of missing the sign not to go through the fuel island. Had an slight bathroom emergency and missed the signs, was over 10 minutes after pulling through the fuel island ( made sure the 3 isles on left could get out and enough room for someone to fuel behind me.) Got $50 fine. I was all of 17minutes. No one said a word as I got out of the truck, walked in or walked out, paper was on door. My problem isn't the pay to park, expensive food, or the rule at the fuel island. My problem is signs need to be more visible and staff needs to say something. BTW, this is after parking the day & night before and spending over the $50 to park. Enjoy Petro Racine, because that fine will be the last penny this facility will ever see or get from me!

Apparently the franchise owners decided to no longer be trucker friendly. Parking prices are worse than the east coast. I can handle 75 gallons for 24 hrs. But when 150+ gallons doesn't get me 48 hrs, that's just corporate greed. Looks like I'll have to begin stopping at Russell Rd instead. Too bad because the staff has always been very pleasant to me.

Stopped for a quick break before heading through Chicago. Very clean restrooms, great store items and several food and refreshment options. We bought a kringle and it was very good!

I will never return to Petro in Racine. I felt humiliated after being told while parked I. The fuel line waiting for another driver to move that I was not allowed to use the bathroom or purchase food because I was blocking the fuel line. I explained to Jennifer and Anthony of the “Scooter” Security that I was a diabetic and needed to use the bathroom and I would move my truck as soon as the other driver moves. Jennifer called me a liar and said I was just making an excuse to use the restroom. Anthony wrote me a $25 ticket and threatened to call my company if I did not pay. Also Jennifer would not allow me to speak to the store manager and threatened to call the sheriff when I called to speak to the manager. No I was not nice and yes I was defensive after being the only female drive and being told that I could not park to use the bathroom. I will never return to this place and I do not recommend this store for any other female drivers.

Gave me a parking ticket cause there was a car show there and it was busy. I was parked in a spot like I should have been. Been going there spending lots of money for over 5 years. You guys just lost a lot of customers tons in fact cause you wanna give tickets for no reason. Just remember I wanted to shop small and that but see were that got me. Kwik trip is right around the corner we’re they care about there customers and take care of them no matter what. Just remember without customers you don’t have a bussiness just something to remember.

What a complete shame, this use to be a great place to stop. Been a little bit since I've been here and was surprised to see the parking lot completely blocked off. Forcing you to go through a gate to enter and leave. There's one across the street to for trucks and cars, the cars park for free... smfh. Once upon a time truck stops use to be for the trucker, now it's just a cash grab. I was going to spend the weekend there and fuel up, ( was ). This completely turned me off and will probably never be back.
All it takes is for the truckers to unite and boycott a place to make them realize they really aren't in charge. The industry is too far gone for that thoe.
