Absolutely LOVE this place. You'll find everything your looking for, and some things You've never seen before. They have the healthiest plants/flowers I've seen around, and their staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable... Don't forgot to check out their Christmas Selection in fall!!!!

3rd time actual visit to store, my husband & I were in to spend reward money that we had on account. November... system failure. We each called a separate time to see if system was working: it wasn't. December.... was told I could not use the funds unless I used the entire amount of the reward money. March... since deadline to use was extended to 3.31.2024 because of system failure...now they are telling us we have no reward money in our account. Bait and switch...if you are going to offer a rewards card then honor it. ....

Incredible store… year round! Great plants, flowers, and landscaping supplies during the spring and summer… and lots of other fun stuff the rest of the year… especially during the holidays. My wife and I love going to Milaeger’s every season of the year. We highly recommend Milaeger’s!

Horrible customer service and the manager at the register was absolutely rude and condescending…she made a huge scene and then didn’t apologize when she was in the wrong for a misplaced sign that was moved by another manager! Absolutely ridiculous! It was the principal of the discount but to be talked to so disrespectful is ridiculous especially when I said there is a sign posted and to be told I’m a liar in front of a crowd of people is appalling!!! The other manager moved the sign!!! No apology at all!!!!!

Rewards system is questionable. While their system is up and running to accept your credit card, their 'system' is down for customers to apply their rewards to receive a discount from their next purchase. This has been going on for a few weeks They ask you to call to see if the system is up and running. What I'm not appreciating is transparency. If they don't want you taking a discount during the holiday , then state that the reward can be used after the New Year. I really find this very disappointing and unfair to the customer.

I have been dragged here by my wife several times over the years. Severely overpriced from what I can see.So why the high rating? There's almost no better place for people watching. If you want to see a wealthy housewife who's never done an hour of labor in their life act extremely entitled and berate helpless employees, this is the place for you. I've yet to have a visit where there wasn't some biddy berating an unfortunate worker for something clearly out of their control.Don't worry guys, I'll always laugh in their faces for you. Can't fire a customer.

I attended the customer appreciation gathering. It was nice. I didn't expect to have appetizers and wine (I don't drink). I met a couple of sisters who were the most sweetest. We dat together and talked. I gave them my wine ticket ? and then we started moving about the store. The decor was beautiful. Makes you want to buy it all. Every employer was helpful and friendly. I took pics that I can use as a beautiful wall pic on social media.
