“I ordered a new fridge online. Grand Appliance was responsive by text and email, and I received the fridge within the delivery times. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that the first fridge I got didn't work. I had to contact them again, go through a service tech coming out to diagnose, and wait for a replacement fridge. It meant a lot of shuffling of food and more than a week without a working fridge in my kitchen. However, they did a good job fixing the problem.”

“Absolutely the best buying experience I ever had in any business. I had gone to a previous mattress firm store and unless I was going to spend close to 3000 or $4000… I was made to feel cheap. I checked out this place and they’re absolutely is no one present I could lay on as many beds as I wanted and try the remotes and go back-and-forth until I settled on my final three and then settled on my final one. I had a couple questions I called the toll-free number. They answered right away and answered my questions. Then I went to the kiosk, and that was easy to use to order the mattress for delivery. It automatically added on the discounts that were listed on the mattress. They made it super simple. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a new mattress or bed.”
