This business is crooks, called for a loaded semi to be towed for a blowen motor. Was quoted $300 per hour , and the truck was 4 miles from there shop. Told them that would be fine and was told they would be leaving the shop shortly. By now police have already been there and getting irritated as we wait 2hrs for them to show up and being hassled by the office because the tow truck hadn't arrived yet. While waiting i pulled the drive line off so all they needed to do was was hook up and go. I ended up having to to leave in a separate vehicle when the truck finally arrived so he had room to get to the vehicle needed to be towed. Took him almost 2 hrs to get to there shop. And the bill was $1,800. Absolute highway robbery because they know after that truck is on the hook the owner has no control and can charge whatever they want because they aren't letting it leave until its paid in full.Service: Special vehicle towing

$4k for a 12 mile tow!!!!!! Highway robbers, do NOT use these guys. Should have been closer to $8-900 on the high side.

They come in 25 minutes and hook up my truck very quick. Move from Kenosha to Gurnee only for $350. AMAZING, QUICK AND QUALITY.
