This place is truly a gem. The best kind of small/family business, and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a used vehicle. Everyone I worked with at Hugasian was helpful and kind, their prices are fair, and no haggling involved. I was dreading having to go through the process of buying a vehicle, and Hugasian Motors made the whole experience so much better than I expected.

Recently purchased a car from Hugasian Motors. I had a great experience with them! Smooth, painless, and Jack made me feel my needs were important. You could tell they are honest people, super friendly and welcoming. Not to mention there was a super friendl dog there!!!! I would recommend getting your next car with them, they will make you feel like family! I don't think my experience is unique either!!! Thank you so much for keeping my family on the road!

Jack is awesome! Had an amazing experience with Jack. Bought my 1st car from him. He went above and beyond for me. Out of all the dealerships I been to or had conversations with (even the big ones), Jack topped them all. Customer service was the best I’ve received. I definitely recommend them.

Just bought my 2nd vehicle from them last month.. a first car my daughter. The days of finding affordable cars with decent miles are gone.. was struggling as I wanted something with decent miles and safe for my princess. Found her a 2014 Chevy Cruz decently priced. About a month after getting it she had an issue with the passenger window.. they fixed it without a problem..same day! Great service and family run business!

We bought a 2015 Mazada CX-5 and it needed a new drivers side seat motor. It was a hand shake deal which you don't see that anymore. Jack got a whole seat !!! The seat was a little different so, the motor was installed. Outstanding customer service !!! It is nice to know that you can still do business like this.T. L.

I inquired about a truck here.They said they take trades.I was lowballed on trade.Lots of vehicles with accident history, or from Canada.Small car lot with large pricetags! Total waste of my time.

My car had been stolen and totaled and I was coming to the end of my rental provided by my insurance so I needed a car. I wanted a mini van, a Chrysler Pacifica to be exact and I found one online here. It was beautiful under 40k miles, a 2019 and had a clean record on car fax. The owner Jack said he would keep it off limits until the day I could come look at it and he kept his word. When I got there he and his team treated me, my daughter and girl friend like family. He gave me the keys right away and told us to go drive it around without him in the car with us, which was amazing . I never experienced a car purchase this fantastic in my life. Jack, his team and his Great Dane Moose were a pleasure to be around and work with. Jack and his team were definitely the light at the end of this dark stolen car experience and I would recommend Hugasian Motors to anybody looking to purchase a used vehicle from a trusted family business.

The owner of this dealership turned me away from one of the vehicles under the belief that myself, a young buyer, couldn’t possibly afford the vehicle. Even after arriving in a brand new car, explaining my financial position and explaining my prior experience with high horsepower vehicles, there wasn’t even a question of proof of eligibility. He just didn’t want to sell the Mustang to me.I was told to come back with daddy for a test drive.I left feeling belittled, insulted and invalidated for what I’ve worked hard to achieve. So naturally, I took my business elsewhere and was treated with the respect I would have expected from Hugasian. I hope this review can serve as a learning lesson for the staff who was otherwise nothing but pleasant about my inquiry.
