Great Communication and great work - Between the SMS notifications, online tracking and phonecall when they were leaving their previous stop, Grand Appliance kept us continuously updated as to delivery status. The crew that delivered, installed and hauled away our old appliances were very pleasant and thorough. Also did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished. Overall we are very happy we purchased from Grand Appliance!

Carlos and Santos just delivered my new GE dryer and hauled away my broken Maytag. I am very happy with Grand Appliances and their employees. Both dryers were brought in/out through my garage and past my white SUV with not so much as a scratch anywhere. Deliverymen were polite and professional. Carlos tested my new dryer to make sure everything was working properly. He also left my Owner's Manual, Installation Instructions, and Registration Form. I am a happy Grand customer!
