I have gone here several times for movies but I really think they should check them before they put them on the shelf becase I have had several instances where I pick up a movie that I need for my collection and it's all scratched but it's cheap and most of my movies are from second hand stores

one of the best Goodwill's I've been to! Tons of variety ranging from seasonal to clothes to accessories and so much to look at and find! I always walk out with a great find.

Found some awesome books, however one associate was extremely rude to me and my sister for no reason. She called halfway across the store to claim that we cut two nice ladies off. There was no one in the line when we entered, then they entered shortly after. After she (the employee) said something, I asked the two ladies if they wanted to go in front of me anyway. They shook their head and said we could go. Then the associate then called over a few seconds later AGAIN asking if they were SURE they wanted to let me go. At this point we're all rolling our eyes at this lady because we both get checked out at the same time anyway. What a joke. I'll stick to the Oak Creek Goodwill.

You guys are absolutely outrageous with your prices. It’s disgusting how much you want to charge people for USED GOODS. Your “goodwill” does not live up to what your company strives for. Your merchandise is donations. Price your item accordingly for your “ nonprofit” organization. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great books! Yet i'd never ever work here. The store Mgr had to shave his head because he's too nice. Imagine how cutthroat his bosses are. It's a tragedy. Goodwill has been labeled a healthy company; yet it's healthier; yet still toxic, reminiscent of how toxic it is to work in america. not really a good impression of caucausisn business.

Prices are right on par with EBay no good will given , their Amazon with the Goodwill name.

Goodwill has gotten incredibly greedy and their prices are out of control. This store is supposed to help people in need. Instead all they do is help themselves. Another example of a corporation that got too greedy.

I like going to this store because I find a lot of new things and sometimes there are deals that help me save money. The bad thing is that some things are a little expensive, not all, taking into account that they are donations and that they are used things, sometimes the price is a little high.

I am a thrift store shopper and have been to many goodwill in the country. Racine goodwill by far is clean and friendly. Always stocked and forever changing over. Never a dull shopping experience.
