This is my first Google review I've ever done because usually you can work things out privately. In the past, I have purchased a Sea-Doo jet ski and lots of life jackets. I ordered two life jackets on 5/29/2023 (order #194242432) and only received one of them. I have a Ring camera system so I can prove it was never delivered or stolen. I emailed BRP several times and spoke to a customer service rep once. I was told that I would get a call back once they found a solution but I never did. I don't even know what to do at this point. I'm sick of wasting my time on this. The customer service is among the worst I've ever experienced. Think about that... I ordered a life jacket, I never received it, and now they're ignoring me. Be careful with Sea-Doo and BRP. They're thieves.

Purchased a brand new 2019 CanAm Limited Max 1000 January 25, 2020 with a three year extended warranty along with tracks and plow kit. I currently have 228 miles and 78 hours on this machine as of today and still under warranty. The unit has been at Leisure Life Sports (LLS) for almost two months for warranty work on the RCS system (Rear Air Control System), which is an air compressor for rear air shocks. LLS had the machine back in January and replaced some parts to fix this situation which resolved it for about a week. This is a two up machine but you can only ride with one because the air ride wont hold up a second rider and you cant haul anything with the machine.LLS has contacted BRP/CanAm and the solution that CanAm is providing is to completely remove the system and put regular shocks on it at the customers expense. I purchased this top of the line machine with these options but now they are saying the only solution is removing it and charge me to do so. This is not how a warranty works nor is this in anyway a correct solution. LLS has called CanAm and advised this is not correct and I have done the same. There are two case numbers assigned to this machine one from me and the other from LLS. When I called customer service and asked for an address to send a letter I was told that I would have to find it. I have not had any luck getting this situation resolved .7/12/23 contacted BRP again about this issue and all they can say is it has been escalated to a different department. I asked to speak to them and was told they can not do that and they are busy and will get to this when they can.I contacted LLS and they have not heard back from BRP either on this issue. It is sad when the dealer is telling you that you will probably have to file a lawsuit to get resolution. The dealer mentioned also it seems like CanAm BRP knows this is an issue and does not want to resolve it.7/14/23 Received a call from BRP customer service telling me that the dealership is working on this issue. I asked what the solution is, and they advised that BRP are not mechanics.I asked what has been authorized to be done they said nothing has been. They advised they called the dealership and told them the same thing. BRP called to tell me the exact same thing I already knew and that they didn't have a solution for this.

Boat shipping is on the southwest side of the factory. Park at the stop sign and bring your license into the trailer to check-in. The ladies in the office are very nice and get you in and out. Loading is very quick. I’m always in and out in less than an hour!

Karen at the Shipping office is rude and Racist.The other lady seems angry all the time. They both should find another job if they don't like it . I been here for pickup i was 1 day earlier than appointment And they were sitting free between other appointments And still refuse to load me. Because she was busy in watching cooking vlogs while at work. There timing is 7:15Am to 3:30Pm for (flatbed) Boat Loads.Appointment based.

Check your receivers before picking up your load and God help you if you need to return the load. Karen, the chick in the office is rude and full of attitude. Picking up here was a nightmare. Only silver lining was, I met my first Karen, lol. Thankfully the conversations were listened to by my boss so no harm done. The other lady seems agitated and angry but is actually quite helpful and nice. Whole time I thought she was mad at me for something, the other employees told me, that's just how she is and not to take it personally. Everyone outside was very cordial and respectful, seemed like a nice crew. Shame 1 Karen can ruin it for everyone.

Load by appointment but they're flexible. Think they load until 5, not positive though. Flatbeds load in the back, folly signs for shipping office D. Once in the back park in the gravel and go to the office right there, be sure to bring your ID! The chick's are nice and will get you in and out. Second time here, both with zero issues.
