After shopping at several other stores, I was pleasantly surprised Grand Appliance was very reasonable and prompt with the delivery. The people who made the delivery were friendly and professional. I am recommending Grand Appliance to anyone who is looking to replace their appliances. The rebates offered could not be matched anywhere else where I had shopped. My only complaint is of the time and effort needed to initiate these rebates.”
