Guess what, no more virtual teller at this branch. I won't do a deposit without seeing who i am speaking with. I'll be taking my business to UW Credit Union. I'm old fashion, but nothing beats one on one service.

Disappointed you can’t bring coins to cash in to this location anymore. They don’t even know when their machine will be fixed.

Great service and the staff is phenomenal! Went here for an auto loan and we were in and out within an hour (pre approval). They have an AutoWerks at this location (adjacent to the bank), so it seriously cuts down on paperwork and time. Great selection and I highly recommend it!

It is being remodeled. Different experience going into the bank and having a video teller but they were very accommodating.

i wanna start this by saying i’ve had some really good experiences at this bank but lately all i’ve been getting is bad. All the women i’ve talked to lately seem to have horrible attitudes and just act like they don’t want to help you at all. I get it people can have bad days but if you’re helping a costumer that’s being nice to you why not try to be nicer?

Alfredo was very polite and helpful in opening up 2 accounts. He even had my debit cards ready and gave me direct a deposit form for me to give to my work.

Replaced teller with machines(that require a offsite teller to use). Removed the cash deposit from the one atm. There are more machines than tellers available, so you will be waiting even after you get through line.

2 bad experience with this bank (The Newman Rd. location) Sold my 2010 pickup truck for $$$$$ They gave me a deposit slip for $$..Good thing I was paying attention to the receipt because obviously the bank teller wasn't. (The Sturtevant location) Made a $400 cash deposit the machine started spitting the cash back out at me was able to catch $340 it took $60 and still got a recipe for $400. Receive a phone call from educators a week later saying they audited the machine and looked at the camera and I did not deposit the $400 but only $340 and this was verified with the bank manager. Yes I argued this to the fullest. Received a call back hour later. After farther review with the accounting and camera you did deposit the $ 400... So to make a long story short. They straight up lied... Scratch a lie find a thief.

I stopped at this location on 03/19/21 to have my business checking account opened. I brought the binder I received from Legalzoom, including Operating letter, Letter from the IRS, Article of organizations..., and all of my paperwork. It took less than an hr to have everything set up.I got 1 missed call and 1 voicemail from ECU on 03/23/21 that they would need some more paperwork.I received an email on 03/24/21 saying this:I have left you several voicemails and hoping to reach out to you through email in regards to your business account with us here at Educators Credit Union.I would need the following documents from you by the end of this week or latest this upcoming Monday on 3/29/2021 otherwise I will need to close out your account. Letter from LegalZoom or Operating Agreement, LegalZoom is listed as organizerI called them and left them a voicemail. They called me back in a short while BLAMING me for not showing them my Operating letter. I provided everything that I was asked for. My account has already been opened. What the point of asking some paperwork right now for? More importantly, I’m now out of town for work, and won’t be back for weeks. If this is how ECU does business then I will go choose other bank.I could have asked my Legalzoom to have the Operating letter emailed to me again. But again, this does not make any sense and I won’t waste my time with this.

Tellers are exceptionally kind. Take great care in making sure your transactions are done correctly.

This morning I did the "live chat" and talked to Doug (who was very pleasant and helpful). I asked if it were possible to get some temporary/counter checks and he said I should just go in the first lane and I can request them there. I waited 20 minutes in line and then another 10 minutes at the kiosk while my teller Jessica (who was also vpleasant) checked on a couple things for me. When she returned she said her manager stated I would not be able to get any checks since I don't have any on order. I recently misplaced my checkbook and I needed some to cover a couple bills, I even asked if I could pay for them and was told "the manager said no". I should have gotten the managers name but I had to get back to work and didn't have any more time to waste. I have a decent savings account at ECU and after this experience I will be taking it elsewhere.**UPDATE** I went to another ECU location and they were able to help me out with the checks no problem. I will avoid the one in Sturtevant from here on out because they obviously don't care about the customers.
