Over paid for a vehicle 2 months ago. And so far had to replace the thermostat, water pump, and radiator. Drove it for another week and now I have to replace the brake lines all around.

This my first time ever going to this business. Went here to test drive a Ford Edge and fell in love! We put $500 down to hold the vehicle, but got a call the next day saying the car was sold a few days prior. I've been looking at cars for awhile and really wanted to give my business to a local shop. To say I was heartbroken, is an understatement. What I'm confused about with this, is WHY is the car still in the lot if it was sold? And WHY didn't it have a SOLD sign on it? The car is STILL in the lot and STILL on the website. Something isn't adding up and it's completely frustrating. I really hope this doesn't happen to someone else.

I absolutely love my new car and the effort that this family business put into ensuring every customer is happy and satisfied. You can't put a price tag on the value they put into their customers. At first we were very happy with them. We bought a car for a very fair price. Only a month later the car starting having issues. It began to kill when in idle. We understand it’s a used car and things go wrong and thought the best place to bring it for repair would be the place we bought it. They did the work and took payment as agreed. When we picked up the car it kills before leaving the parking lot. The issue hadn’t been fixed and I honestly don’t think they have a clue what is wrong with it. They were happy to add on extra charges after the initial quote saying we must need new spark plugs. Age old trick if you ask me. We are now out of the money we paid for the car and then the repairs with nothing to show for it.

I bought an older vehicle with only 80,000 miles and 1 past owner from Compton for what I consider a fair price. I bought it with the understanding that problems could arise due to the age of the vehicle(2004). So when it started killing on idle and my check engine light came on after only 1000 miles of driving I wasn't that surprised or upset. The man at the dealership told me he would cut me a deal for any repairs needed in the future so naturally I took it there to get fixed. I was told it was my IAC and it would be around $150 to repair. I agreed to that. When I came to pick up the vehicle I was told the problem was not fixed because I needed new spark plugs. All in all my bill ended up around $330. If the car was fixed I would have been ok with that even though I wasn't told how much they were going to increase my original quote till I had to pay. The problem is nothing they did fixed the issue I originally brought it in to fix. I was told I needed to cycle through some fresh gas to get the check engine light off. I've been through a few tanks now and not only is the check engine light still on but the car still kills in idle just like it did when I brought it in. What ever they did to my car didn't fix anything so I am just out $330. Not going back there ever again.

I bought a car from them around 5 months ago I love it, anytime you buy a used vehicle they 90% of the time need some kind of extra work and Compton has been absolutely amazing ranging from tracking down a clunk and vibration to today when I had gotten a nail in my tire I always call them before taking my car anywhere else.-Thank you guys

I found this location through a local vehicle listing online. I decided to call the location & Harrison pick up. We had a quick chat about the car on the phone & I immediately scheduled a appointment to come see the vehicle. My first time arriving there, I was greeted nicely of course and & was given time to test out the car without being harass like everywhere else. The vehicle was awesome but I can't say that for all the other cars around. The car I tested was well taken care of and what made me write such a positive review is that he offer me a nice discount for the car that I ended up buying.
