After promising me a cabinet quote for weeks, then repeatedly telling me I would be getting it in a day or two, it was never provided. That was after I had to call 3 times in the beginning just to get a return call. That should have been a sign that they would not follow through, but I wanted to give a local company a chance. Very disappointing. I then went to Gerhard's in Kenosha and they provided a detailed quote within a couple days, and have been great to work with.

Went to Bliffert to get replacement wood for our axe board. Big box lumber selection was absolutely terrible! Knotty, split, warped....you name it. ☹️ I explained to Eric we needed quality boards...and not totally dried out. He walked me out to the yard and showed the different lengths available and quality within the bundles. The entire selection was absolutely beautiful (compared to the wood I still can't unsee before going to Bliffert). Eric was given the cut sizes needed along with direction to pick the best board(s) in the bundle. I paid, left and within 4 hours was called back - the boards were ready. I pulled up, opened the rear door and they even loaded it! First class all the way around (axe board pic posted) Thank you Eric...and thank you Bliffert!

Affordable Builders here.Bliffert Lumber is one of the best lumber yards I experienced in a very long time.For me, they always take the time to make sure that a good product when they send it to one of my jobsites.I cannot say enough good things about the entire crew and business.I always recommend them to anyone I can.....

We have always shopped @ Waukesha. Service is great, people are knowledgeable and willing to help with any project. If they don’t know the answer, they find it for you. Always appreciate their service.

Great hardware store! I appreciate that Bliffert offers Bicycle Benefits, as it is just a short ride from my house. The staff are well informed about the program, which is great! I've always had good experiences when shopping here, as the staff are very helpful.

Wow these guys will not sell you the wood you ask for, very careful with this place, they totally scam you with cheap china stuff and sell it to you like its all the best... I think these guy do what you can do online but they become the middle man which means they need to get paid and you will get charged even for all staffs lunch on that day included in the price tag.

I was there yesterday (3/21/20). They were extremely helpful (as always) and they had all the covid-19 protocol in place. They even had signs up reminding people of the 6' rule. Thank you Bliffert!!

Friend friendly staff. They have what the local Fastenal won't sell you unless you have an account. Was in and out quickly with what I needed. A great find thanks to a Google search.
