Chad helped me today he was very nice changed my light on the passenger side Firestone told me they had to take of bumper and would cost me $280.00 I talked to Chad he went on shelf got the bulb it cost me $18.00 thanks Chad for your help

Horrible service!! The lady at the front counter was more worried about laughing on the phone than actually helping customers in line. Called ahead of time to ask about a part. Waited in line for 15 minutes. Part no where to be found. Not cool

I'm only giving two stars because the store is very neat and organized, obviously because this is the newest one. However, all the staff in this store needs customer service coaching. Not a helpful crew, depending on the day. One time I came here in Winter and a really nice guy who I don't think is around anymore helped me put my headlight in, but needed a bit of assisting so I think the manger was the one who assisted him. Anyways, I came here to replace the bulbs once again, at a different time, and I asked for help putting them in, because I got help here before, with same vehicle. When I got in the store everyone was socializing and no one greeted me for about 5 minutes after just standing there being patient, eventually one guy asked me what I needed and I told him that I get a certain bulb but couldn't remember so I asked if he could pull it up since another associate helped me like that in the past...this young man then proceeds to tell me that they don't have a system of customer car information on file. Now at this point I'm sure of something they did to help me find out my car bulbs, but I wasn't explaining it right. Then once I asked for help to get it put in, everybody in the building began making excuses about being busy, the guy helping me said he was going on a delivery and the guy who was supposed to be the manager said he was going to lunch, then I mentioned how I had got my light changed by him before, and he asked me where did I know him from???? At that point he started making excuses about how he thinks my front bumper needs to be taken off to pop my bulb in and I told him no it didn't because he and another associate replaced it before.. Then the guy askes me if I was still gonna buy the bulb if no one helped, like are you kidding me/? Basically these associates pick and choose who they want to help or just are no help at all. If I remember you it's obviously from the store because you helped me, no need to insult my intelligence and proceed to lie about how my car has to be dismantled to swap a bulb. Thanks to Orielys, I bought the bulb and go help putting it in, no attitudes, just great customer service. It is ridiculous people get in a career field where customer service is very important yet they apply none.

I was here a few weeks ago, looking to get help to get a split screw off of my license plate. McKenna and Cole were wonderful, so helpful and patient with me. I will definitely be coming back here again if I have any other issues!

Overall my experience was shifted from not so great to Great thanks to Robert and Kolten great customer service. Robert assisted me and helped correct mistakes caused by other staff. He took the time to get me all the right parts and ensured they were right this time.I appreciate the time he took to explain everything throughly and also educated me on what was best.Thank you, please hire more people like this as my experience previously lacked knowledgeable staff. I can't tell you how much of an inconvenience it's was to come back and forth returning parts due to the lack of knowledge of a sales rep. AgainThank you Robert for fixing this issue.I would recommend anyone to ask for Robert as he knows will guide you in the right direction. THE FIRST TIME!

Website says open at 7:30 am, showed up at 7:45 on a Tuesday and the door was locked. Employees watched me sit outside and didn’t do a thing. Unreal.

Was sent here from another Auto Zone after buying brake pads because they did not have rotors in stock for my vehicle. The gentleman who helped me made sure that I was signed up for their rewards program and explained the benefits, rescanned my parts to make sure that they were covered under warranty and to make sure that I got my rewards points for future discounts! He gave me the 15% discount that I was entitled to for buying brake pads and rotors together none of which was mentioned at the first store I was sent here from. They are definitely there for you to make sure that you save money and to make sure that your parts are covered. As a woman it is much appreciated to have helpful and honest people to assist with making sure your car needs are taken care of! :)
