Inflation insanity aside, since we can't blame anyone- This place was spectacular. Instantly identified the problem, and then instantly fixed it. Real Nice people as well- Maybe I should have said that first :) Pleasant experience.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful! I was in Door County celebrating my daughter's wedding and my car wouldn’t start. Despite having a very full week of appointments, they agreed to help me out. They were thorough, kept me in the loop of what was found, what needed to be done, and called with their progress as needed. I really felt like they cared, and they had me back on the road when they said they would. Highly recommend!

Such an easy, flexible, well communicated experience having tires replaced! From having a loaner car for the day to transparent quotes from beginning to end I couldn’t be happier! Certainly will be back for my repair needs in the future!

We were headed up to Sister Bay when the alternator died. Nick and his crew were AMAZING and was able to get the van back up and a running by the time we needed to head home. Definitely use Young Automotive, they were great to work with!

They have Door County prices, but I would rather that, knowing that everything was gonna be taken care of and done right. The people were very friendly. Any questions I had they treated me as a normal human being in not some dork, who should've known better. I had to go back as I thought I had a problem. It took less than two minutes to fix a problem and again treated me very well.Service was very good, job was done right.

Arrived in town from NY with a blown air conditioning compressor on my Toyota Tundra. Young’s service writer squeezed me in earlier than inspected to confirm the diagnosis and got parts on the way. When a unexpected part was needed she was able to expedite it in from Greenbay and have the whole job wrapped up in the nick of time. Very professional group of people. A thousand thank yous for getting me and my grand kids back on the road..
