I called and spoke with Joe Weber, the owner, on a Wednesday morning to see if I could get my car evaluated as it was vibrating badly and the engine lights were on. He said that as he had a full schedule he could check out the problem on the same day but couldn't promise to get it repaired that same day. I was dubious of such fast service but promptly went there.
I was pleasantly greeted and my car was being evaluated within 15 minutes despite a full schedule. He replaced an engine coil and spark plug and I was gone 45 minutes after my arrival. I am very pleased with the service and consideration of my needs. I will definitely use the services of Weber Auto Repair in the future.

This place is absolutely amazing. While vacationing in Door County, My tire got a puncture. Not only did they find a tire for me but got me in the next day to have the tire mounted and on my way to continue my vacation. I cannot say enough of the courtesy and professional service I received. If I was in Sturgeon Bay Area, they would be the place I would trust and give my business too. Thank you all so much

Terrible experience. I took my vehicle to Weber Auto for three years. The shop did regular service on the vehicle, oil change, tire rotation, brakes, etc. I purchased a full set of new tires which went bad about in about 30k. Joe told me he would have to send the bad tires back to Goodyear for inspection before I could get a refund. Also I would have to buy a new set of tires. I purchased a second set of tires and he took the bad tires. Three months later I never heard back from him so I called. He said he never got word from Goodyear. I never got the refund. Also my automatic transmission fluid was never changed during those years. I soon found that because they failed to do proper transmission service, I had to take the vehicle to the dealership in Green Bay and was charged an exorbitant amount to flush the transmission to get rid of metal particles. I cannot trust Weber Auto Repair on any level and recommend that you stay away.

When it comes to my vehicles, I will not take them anywhere else! Joe, and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. Weber Auto will never mislead you on needed repairs and the rates are very reasonable. I've been going to Joe for over a decade now and I don't see that ever changing. Fast oil changes too!

HORRIBLE ANGER ISSUES!!!
This man will insult you over the phone at 730am just because you are inquiring about fixing your car. There's no reason 1 simple question of "can you look into why my car isn't working" into a 5 minute rant filled with personal attacks. You simply could say "I'm unable to work on this" but instead he finds it necessary to insult you while you remain calm and polite on the other end. Came highly recommended and treated us as dirt under his boot. Sorry you are such an angry miserable person. Glady take our $$ elsewhere to someone who isn't one minor inconvenience away from smashing someone's vehicle.
