I wish I could give 0 stars. The initial trailer we got would not open, then after calling 5 times with no answer we drove back the facility to trade for a trailer that actually opened. Horrible customer service. The gentleman working would've had us waiting in the rain for 20 minutes before helping us. Never came out to check on us, so we had to unhook and lift the new trailer ourselves. There was no jack to assist with lifting the trailer onto the hitch. He refused and scoffed when we asked for a discount. Trash service.

Shore to Shore went above and beyond to help us get the truck we needed when we needed it! Customer service associate was outstanding!

A year into the pandemic, and they still won't wear a mask. Lacking customer service. Hours were said to be open until 1:00 p.m. on Sundays, but when I came at 12:15, it was all locked up and lights were off. Came back another day.

When I rented a truck for moving I had to leave my vehicle parked and the employee told me to park on the side of the building which I did. When I returned at 3PM I found my vehicle completely recked from behind as a large truck clearly rammed into the back leaving $7000 of damages. No note was left and the business was closed already. The police report says that the employee was aware of the accident but did not notify myself or the police even though they had my number. This business does not have even a basic camera system on the premise so we could identify the accident. Do yourselves a favor and do not spend any money at this establishment, they are negligent and irresponsible.

So far, this has been a very good experience and I've had some bad ones with UHAUL! The Manager has gone out of her way to accommodate my needs, time frame, and pick up location. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I returned a trailer with blankets. Store was closed when I returned it. I called after store opened to verify they got the trailer, blankets and dolly. They said they did and everything was fine. I then got an email with the final charges, they charged me $25 because the blankets were not folded. I called to ask about it and they would not reverse the charge. The owner of the store actually hung up on me. I recommend Door County Cooperative for future rentals.
