Broke transmission cooling lines, drained all the fluid out of the transmission just above Sister Bay. Recommended by our insurance company. Called them up, told it would take about an hour to get to us because of the road construction. Did not have a problem when we told him we also had our lab with us. He got to us in just under an hour, loaded our Blazer up and drove us back down to Potawatomi State Park where we were camping. Even volunteered to drive us back to the campsite. Service was excellent, and we got a free guided tour and tips on where to eat in Door County.

They will not take a card for payment, but also didn't mention it on the phone. That would be helpful information when driving out there- It isn't exactly in town. Also the dog gets a little close to you, got a nice bark... And friendliness isn't of top priority, but you know things change. Maybe next interaction will be different.

SO grateful for them! Locked my keys, phone, and wallet in my car at the Kwik Trip and one of the employees recommended them and called them for me. He was there within 10 minutes (we caught him just leaving for Algoma and he turned around to help). Got it open super quick and in the rain (which didn’t help matters). He had trouble getting the payment app on his phone to work, so I payed with cash which wasn’t a problem. Affordable, quick, and all over great service!

I called for a jump start they arrived on time when they said they would but I'm expecting the car for the jump start and notice the tire is going flat it's Sunday no tire shops open the owner found a tire and put it on at what I thought was a great price exceptional service above and beyond the call
