ATTENTION: If you are reading Sahs Auto Google reviews, keep it mind that Randy (Sahs Auto's Owner) has padded his reviews with fake testimonials. Continue reading for a fair and honest review.
As a former customer AND former employee, I warn everyone to get every fact before taking a vehicle to Sahs Auto. You will be nickle and dimed to death by the most unfriendly and ill-prepared front office staff you will ever meet. To only make things better, Randy (the owner), has virtually no idea of what is going on at any point during the day, as well. One of the only reasons this place hasn't gone bankrupt is because Randy cheats every cent out of his customers that he can. Don't believe everything that comes out of this conman's mouth. He buys some of his products that the shop uses from Walmart, but trust me when I tell you that you are getting charged much more than what you should be. If you want to bring your own parts in, that's completely fine, but just know that they will change your hourly rate from $65/$75 up to $95 AN HOUR. There are much better shops in the Door/Kewaunee area that will charge you reasonable amounts and will produce the same quality.
I will give massive amounts of credit to the painter, body technicians, and mechanics. To be able to produce quality work like they do is extremely difficult when your boss and his fiancée (Renae "the Tire Lady" Dubae) are complete imbeciles and don't understand how to run a proper business while treating their employees with respect and gratitude.
I HIGHLY recommend NEVER using Sahs Auto for anything as a former customer/employee.

I have had my fair share of car issues, and have had maintenance completed by many different auto care facilities. Sahs explains car issues, and services in a way that those with no car background can understand. There prices are very reasonable. Sahs is hands down the best auto care facility I have worked with!

I saw Randy at Ace hardware i said I was gifted tow mirrors for my truck and my mirrors didn’t have the right plugs to make all the features of them to work. I asked Randy if he could put them on he said bring it in we will check it out and in 2 hours they called and said we have to order a part and everything will work and when they got that part in. it didn’t take that long to put in. Really reasonable prices. Everything works great makes my truck look really good.

Top notch customer service under many pressures! The professionalism I experienced was a welcome change to the way some companies are currently operating, and I would recommend them to anyone! I own a specialty vehicle, and they were able to do the repairs in a reasonable amount of time given the labor shortages, nationwide backorders for parts, and huge demand!
