Our water pump quit on us as we were in Sturfeon Bay and I called Quietwoods to see if they could fit us in. Chris the service manager was quick to tell us to come on in. Joe the man who worked on our van could not have been nicer and had us back on the road in just over an hour. Terrific clean shop with great folks. Highly recommend.

Great Experience. No pressure. No sales folks hovering over you or watching your every move. Easy to work with and amazing service after the sale. Highly recommend checking them out. Have told many people at the campground to see them first when starting to look.

I have lots to say, but I'll keep it short. I know it's really crummy that if you have a trailer up and door county this is pretty much the only place you can use so they have a corner on the market but beware and DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. We got charged over $500 for a service call and the tech spent over an hour and a half tinkering around with a door that he didn't even fix. I watched the guy literally stand there and stare at it for more than a half an hour thinking about what he was going to do. When I tried to dispute the charge with I got response or help. Not only did they not consult with me before they charge my credit card, but they never even sent me a detailed receipt until multiple phone calls and demands for one. I could keep going with my complaints, but that's the big one. I've dealt with many other RV places closer to where we live in Milwaukee and can honestly say that I've never been treated like that before or charged without being consulted. Now they have my money and there's no way I could possibly get it back.

Door County never looked so good as through the windows of our new summer home!

I was in the mkt for a bigger camper, so I did an online inquiry. Brittany responded, said camper was in stock. So I stopped & checked it out. I wanted some add ons, so met with Jeff & he quoted the extras. Next was my trade in , so we agreed on the deal. My trade in was blocked by snow , so picked it up a week later .
