What do you do when standing in line for 10-15 minutes to pay for your groceries? Write a review. Over 2 dozen people in line to check out with only one staffed checkout open. No bagger. The self checkout is also packed. This, at one of the busiest times of the day. Not good.Fortunately, the manager opened a register just as I was writing this review.

They have one real human being at checkout and the self checkout is awful. The robot accused me of shoplifting and locked the system out until somebody could watch the security camera footage showing how much of a POS the thing really is. It prompted me to scan all items, so I re-scanned the can of beans I had put in my bag and it double charged me then locked me out. If you're not going to trust that I can scan my own items, then employ people to do it for me. I won't ever shop here again. This place is a dystopian nightmare and I'm done with them.

great clean store with friendly staff. unfortunately they're bakred goods section especially cakes and desserts were pretty limited and stale.. we were looking for desserts for nighttime snacking and had dry marble cake with weird taste, and dry crumbly chocolate cake..

I can't believe the terrible service we received here today. I went through the self-serve check out. I paid by debit card, asking for money back.... And then nothing. No money, no receipt, even though the screen showed I had paid and was due money back. The REAL problem happened when I asked a staff person for help. He was condescending from the start, talking to me like I was an idiot. He apparently was trying to troubleshoot but wouldn't tell me what he was doing and got seriously annoyed when I asked any questions. Especially when he asked me to hand over my debit card again and I expressed concerns about being charged twice. He finally declared that the machine was jammed and said I had to follow him to the service desk. While he did give me the money I was due back, he really was extremely rude and angry and treated me as if I had broken the machine. I'm done with this store.

Zero cashier lines open. Only self check out available. They need to stop using Covid as an excuse as to why they do not have employees and services available. If you cannot hire people, try paying them more. If I have no other option but to use self check out, I should get a discount for doing their job for them.

Beat my own record by going here twice today... ironically for the same thing! The chicken salad sandwich in a croissant here is AMAZING! It ended up being lunch and dinner. Sooo good!

I'm done shopping at Pick'n Save. Their sale items make no sense. Even with a "Fresh Perks" card, the tomatoes advertised at $.99/lb cost me $2.19/lb. I called to clarify what I didn't do to get the sale price and the manager said something about online sales. I asked how to know what is an "online sale" and what isn't and he said I needed to ask one of the staff. Seems like a ridiculous system to me! I'll take my business elsewhere.

Although the deli has the best broasted chicken, the app that you have to use for the "coupon clipping" is terrible. Today I asked for help and was told to call customer service. When I asked to speak to a manager, the girl magically was able to help me. Their store manager was rude to my friend when he called. Then his brother went in and tried to talk to someone about his app and the kid literally walked away.The app is a joke!

Food is wonderful with good produce and nice display. Prices are good and many sales .Service is the worst I have ever seen ! Checking out is a nightmare . Today at 8:30 am there were NO staff at checkout. I had to scan 1$120.00 of food myself as the computer yelled at me that I was not putting it in the bag. This is a Kroger store. How can Kroger put up with this lack of customer service. I was atWalmart yesterday to try to avoid going to Pick and Save. The computer for checkout is great and they have plenty of staff . However the food stuffs are not as quality as I would like . I have returned from Florida where Publix was the grocery store and is outstanding. Kroger might want to take a look!! Customer service is important. I am tempted to drive 45 minutes to get to Festival Food in Green Bay. It might actually be faster than shopping at Pick and Save in Sturgeon Bay .

This has always been my “go to” grocery store, but one huge complaint I have is the very inadequate and very poorly managed checkout process. I dislike self checkout and do not the feeling of being forced to use them. But in terms of regular checkout lanes, the store management is completely ignorant of customer service. The line waiting to check out could extend all the way back to the meat department and still nothing would be done. Recently I was so aggravated I nearly left my full cart and walked out. I complained once to the manager and could have just as well been talking to a rock.

Great place Deli was nice as well as produce. We got our senior discount. Donna was our cashier she was great. Wonderful experience. 5 stars!

Although it's got a limited selection- it's a small store- the produce is good, quality of Kroger products is good and I can find what I need for everyday items.
