“Super customer service from Linda, our cashier. We had to grab a few things to have at our AirBnb while we were visiting for the weekend. Clean store, well stocked, appeared to be a little understaffed. There were 'hiring' signs displayed prominently throughout the store. if you have to wait a few extra minutes don't hold that against the few employees that are trying to keep it together at the store. I had to visit the restroom and even it was very clean. Recommend.”

“Pharmacy has always been professional, kind, and efficient in my experience. Don't know why so many bad reviews. I've never been treated poorly or had them make an error. I can't say the same of other big name pharmacies here. Pricing is high on products, so they do a lot of silly coupon sale stuff. Wish they'd just charge lower price, but that's a corporate thing- and not this store's fault.”

“On the Fourth of July my daughter ended up with a really bad ear infection. We did Teledoc and had her prescription sent to our regular pharmacy chain to the Sturgeon Bay location because we were on vacation. We went to pickup the prescription. And the pharmacy was closed for the entire day. I went to CVS and the pharmacist and the person working the counter were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about how to get the prescription transferred over to CVS. The pharmacist went above and beyond to help our regular pharmacy make the transfer. She made all of this happen in a very short amount of time even when she was so incredibly busy. Thank-you so much Amanda, Jesse, Dori and Shawn!!!”

“I want to compliment a store employee who assisted me in a marine battery purchase. My son and I were talking about only one battery in stock, we needed 2, store employee Patrick happened to walk by and asked him, he enthusiasticly assisted us first by assessing our needs of what kind of deep cycle battery we needed (he had product knowledge!), he said inventory showed more in back. Patrick gladly went to get us some batteries. I expressed my appreciation to him; I remarked to him in most cases store employees in big box stores have no knowledge and/or try to avoid helping a customer out, he proudly said it is his job to work for the customer, I was taken back with such positive enthusiasm. I would add after he helped us he was actively helping the next customer. You just do not see that these days. If someone reads this at the store he should be recognized for doing an outstanding job.”
