“While in Wisconsin, I was alerted that my 2021 Sienna Hybrid was in need of service. Normally, I take my vehicle to the Toyota dealer in Montgomery, AL. Facing a 1,200 mile drive back to Alabama, I had to rely on the Valvoline fast service shop in Sturgeon Bay, WI.
I was very impressed with their service. Especially their manager named Joel. He was extremely thorough and professional and I felt totally confident that I could make the forthcoming trip without mishap. Which I did.
In all, I would like to thank Joel and his team for a very professional job.
