The team is always there when needed, even in the depths of winter when the tank is low and the snow is deep. Staff always answers the phone happily, no matter how early or late. Glad to be a happy customer.

Here from put of town and the huge big truck just stops in the middle of the highway and didn't know why till I seen his reverse lights and didn't know what to do because I couldn't see AROINS the huge truck and then he gets all mad goes to the shoulder waiving his hands out the window like a mad man. Don't seem like friendly people in a tourist town

Great customer service ! Daniele is wonderful I needed gas for my vacation house in Gills Rock. I arrived with my 82 year old dad and hours within arrival I was without gas. I called emergency number and the owner came out in a snow storm to deliver gas at 8:pm. Can’t say enough how wonderful they are to work with

Have been waiting since last friday to have them pick up a 120gal tank. Couldnt do it then. Promised to be here monday, no show, tuesday, no show, and today also no show. Poor customer relations. Glad we sre going with Ferrel gas for our propane needs!
