First time here shopping for a truck or SUV. I had the opportunity to work with Alex (sales associate) and DJ (sales manager) throughout the process. Both were great!!! I was treated like family all the way through and the process was very transparent. I never felt any kind of pressure to buy from them, they focused on answering questions and working to find solutions for any issues I may have. This is a dealership that I see myself cultivating a long lasting partnership with. I'd give them 10 stars if I could and will absolutely be back to work with this team.

It was my first time here. Rod, the new manager, was just an awesome guy, and he and his team treated us like family. We didn't know what we wanted, and they were patient with us and helped us find the right car. I'll definitely be back.

My only issue was with the on line appointment. It was not received by the dealership until the day before even though I had made the appointment a week ahead of time and got a confirmation and 3 reminders for the appointmentIf the dealership doesn’t know how to work with it, they should remove it from their website

5 Stars to the ( former Olson Motors) / New Patriot Chevrolet Buick.You always take care of our family’s needs from sales to service… Thank you Mark Baumann for always taking great care in our purchasing wants and needs and getting me into my New Tahoe..as well as Ron Klug/ General Sales Manager. We appreciate the fairness, no hassle sale… and geniuness of everyone. And always a big thanks to the service dept..looking out for us and our daughter..thank you Ian and Jesse… and Debbie who answers the phone with always a smile and getting me directed to where we need. Our salesman, Jon Van Dreese, was superior. He was extremely helpful in every way, from finding the vehicle that would meet our complicated needs to following up after the sale to be sure we are happy and understand everything about our new auto. He even went out of his way to meet us at the dealership on his day off so we could look at the vehicle when it arrived. We were also very pleased with the man who helped us finalize the purchase, Todd Depner. He was quite thorough in explaining options for finance and warranties, and was very friendly. These two men made the often stressful experience of purchasing a new vehicle a not-so-stressful event!

Today I had my 2016 Encore oil change. Since the ownership changed. I asked what is the price of an oil change? The service guy said they would not know until after finishing the job. Also now rotating tires is not part of the oil change.The best part Patriot is charging an additional 3% if you use a credit card. I will not be coming back.

Just moved to the area and needed a oil change and alignment on my 2023 pickup. Had an appointment at 1pm, got there at 12:50 and the first service written couldn't find my appointment so he told me the other guy would be in shortly. A few minutes later another guy walks in, asks if I need help and says he needs a minute to look me up. He then finds my appointment and he takes my keys. I sit down at 1pm, do some computer work, then need a soda at 1:30 to walk out and my truck is still sitting there. At 1:45 the service written walks in and tells me my brand new truck doesn't qualify for a alignment under warranty. I ask him what the qualifications are and he tells me he doesn't know, his manager just told him to go tell me I needed to pay for it. I went to talk to the manager and asked if he rejected this or GM and he told me he did because HE BELIEVES that GM doesn't cover alignments on new trucks! He said he wouldn't call GM to ask. I then asked for my truck and keys back and left. You wasted 3 hours of my very busy day and life!I buy 1-2 new trucks a year and almost all have had a poor alignment from the factory in recent years and never have I had trouble. You lost me for a customer in sales and service on my first trip in!

My family and I were on vacation 4th of July weekend. Unfortunately on the 3rd of July my car alternator went dead. We were scrambling to find someone to put an alternator in as it was the weekend. We were three and a half hours from home. Jim Olson kindly worked us in and purchased the alternators of the night before. They had my husband in and out within 3 hours. He was able to make the boat trip and we were able to enjoy the rest of our weekend.Then 6 months later my alternator now has gone out again. I've been working with Adam the mgr in the service dept. He's been so kind and very willing to help. Thank you for all the work you've done in the last few weeks to make this happen for a new alternator for me. Adam! Highly recommend!!

They need to make major improvements in their service. I thought I would give them a chance since they are local. I brought my car in for an oil change and the tech noticed that one of my pigtails needed replacing. No problem, he showed me what was wrong and said they’d order the new part. Part comes in, 10:00 appointment made for today. Car did go in the shop on time, however after nearly an hour and a half, they tell me they ordered the wrong part, but thought they had one that would work, and it shouldn’t be long. Finally, car was finished at 11:52. Nearly 2 hours for a simple pigtail replacement! Needless to say, I am not happy with their service, and a ride to Green Bay in the future will save me needless aggravation. Rant over!
