Went to get the complementary oil change since I bought my vehicle there six months ago. Could not find the booklet allowing us to get the free oil change that they promised us for five times. They charged my wife over $70 instead of looking at the fax and saying OK we’ll figure this out. Disappointing.!!

Scheduled my 2015 Chevrolet Sonic to have the timing belt replaced at 200,000 miles. At the end of the day that they were supposed to do the work they told us they did not have the tools necessary for the job and I would have to reschedule. This same thing happened to my daughter. They appear to not care about the customer's inconvenience in having to give up their car for multiple days because of their inept workplace habits.
