After driving 6 hours to begin our vacation in Door County our vehicle had a noise and we stopped here to have it checked for safety. Small issue found and fixed quickly. Adam (service mgr) was friendly and helpful with excellent communication. Top notch dealership and staff!

Matt and Mike were super amazing to work with and got us in a car quickly. We were from 2 hours away and they got everything ready for us so we just had to go there test drive and sign and we were on our way home! We were in Sturgeon Bay for a wedding and my service engine light came on in the Jeep. We were travelling over 500 miles home. I popped in Saturday morning and Adam didn't hesitate to test and then resolve the issue within minutes and right in the service bay.

Great staff, very accommodating, I needed an oil change and of course We were leaving on a trip so did the oil change morning of trip. Showed up with kayaks on roof of truck which made it a challenge to get the truck in the maintenance bay. Offered to unload kayaks but the staff said they could take care of service without unloading. They took great care in maneuvering into the service department so as not to hit anything on the ceiling. after a couple cups of coffee I was back on the road. Would recommend this dealers service department.
